Three years later, Zachary returns from abroad and crosses paths with Jessica at a project bidding conference, yet neither recognizes the other. Jessica's professionalism leads her to outshine Zachary and secure the project. Aware of her husband's return, Jessica even prepares a gift for him. Unfortunately, she didn't manage to meet him because of work commitments. Meanwhile, Zachary feels disappointed by being stood up by his wife. Upon discovering that Jessica has been caring for his grandmother for the past three years, he decides to give her another chance. They agree to discuss matters at a party. However, a series of events, including an international business conference, a reunion party, and an earthquake, perpetuate misunderstandings between Zachary and Jessica, straining their relationship.
